AISnips is built with privacy in mind. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics data — We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. This includes pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and anonymised. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Payment data — When you purchase Pro access, your payment is processed by Stripe. AISnips receives confirmation that a payment was made but does not store your card number, billing address, or any other payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
No account data — AISnips has no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address (unless you contact us directly), or any profile information as part of normal Site use.
Pro access status and saved prompts are stored in your browser's localStorage — they never leave your device. Clearing your browser data will remove saved prompts and Pro access from that device.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little personal data, most requests can be resolved by clearing your browser's local storage. For anything else, contact us at hello@aisnips.org.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and applicable financial regulations. We do not retain any other personal data.
AISnips is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
