By accessing or using AISnips ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
AISnips is a curated library of AI prompt templates. Prompts are starting points — they are designed to help you get better results from AI tools but do not guarantee any specific output. AI responses depend on the platform you use, your inputs, and factors outside our control.
Some features — saving prompts, favourites, collections, and Pro access — require an account. You may create one with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
A portion of the prompt library is available at no cost. Free prompts may be used for personal or commercial purposes without attribution. We reserve the right to change which prompts are free at any time.
Pro access is a one-time payment that unlocks the full prompt library. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no expiry date. Pro access is tied to your AISnips account and is available on any device where you sign in.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AISnips does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the full library and, to the extent permitted by law, waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period.
If you were charged in error or believe there has been a billing mistake, contact us at hello@aisnips.org and we will look into it.
Any custom prompts, notes, favourites, or collections you create in your account remain yours. You are responsible for the content you store and must not save anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you as part of providing the service.

Individual prompts copied for personal or business use are fine — that is exactly what the Site is for.
The AISnips prompt library, site design, and branding are owned by AISnips. Prompts you create by adapting our templates are yours. We make no claim over outputs generated by AI tools using our prompts.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AISnips does not guarantee that AI outputs produced using our prompts will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISnips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or AI tools you use in conjunction with our prompts.
You may stop using the Site and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@aisnips.org. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
